I’m all a-trembling with anticipation at the news that funky post-punkers Gramme are rehearsing and gigging again - their 1999 EP Pre Release is the best six-song dance party you’ve ever heard. But with only this and a 7″ single (Mine) ever released, and their label Output Recordings now defunct, I was worried we’d never hear their dual-bass rhythm attack again….

Happily, over on their MySpace they’re all excited about playing again - “Great to be back great to be playing the tracks again! Like You sounds like we’ve just written the damn thing….” - and, even more excitingly for us, they’re playing The Barfly on Friday 22nd Feb…
